By using WX Mobile Forms, you agree to use it only for lawful, authorized weatherization work and in accordance with your organization’s requirements.

Accounts and access

Each approved account and device is assigned to its authorized user. Do not share access credentials, bypass approval or expiration controls, copy private installation links for unapproved users, or attempt to impersonate another person or device.

Professional review remains required

You are responsible for confirming measurements, calculations, invoice extraction results, photos, classifications, signatures, work orders, and reports before relying on or distributing them. Software assistance does not replace training, applicable program rules, code requirements, or professional judgment.

Records and customer information

Use reasonable care with customer information. Upload or transfer records only through authorized workflows and only to approved recipients. You remain responsible for obtaining any permissions required for photos, signatures, and record sharing.

Availability and updates

Features may be corrected, improved, or temporarily unavailable. Private releases must pass administrator approval and integrity checks. Completed records remain the user’s responsibility to retain through the available backup and export tools.

Suspension

Access may be limited or revoked for nonpayment, expiration, security risk, unauthorized use, or attempts to bypass service controls. Expiration does not by itself delete previously completed records.
