WX Mobile Forms 1.0.148 - Build 150 Two Energy Auditor data collection reports - The PDF button offers the existing WMF report or the Massachusetts Energy Audit Data Collection form dated 8-7-25. - The existing WMF report builder and data-entry screens remain unchanged. - Massachusetts form fields are populated from a detached copy of the saved audit. Export does not edit, recalculate, migrate, or delete the saved inspection. - Multi-unit audits produce a separately identified Massachusetts form set for each unit, followed by that unit's supplemental details. - The Massachusetts export includes editable fields, checkboxes, the first saved house diagram on its diagram page, and additional diagram pages when present. - The source template's old answers are not retained. Unanswered or unmatched boxes stay blank. Full entered values, extra rows, and fields without an equivalent box are retained in labeled supplemental detail pages. Values too long for a form box point to the detail pages rather than being clipped. - Export & Share includes both PDFs and retains the existing photos and transfer file. - Send to Client Intake Coordinator includes both PDFs plus the existing work order. The Coordinator has separate View, Print, and Save actions for the WMF and Massachusetts forms. - The additional report is integrity-checked. Older completed audit packages and LVI returns remain supported. Verification - All 389 mobile tests passed. - All 215 applicable website tests passed; two existing tests remain skipped. - Fictional single-unit and three-unit PDFs were generated. Saved audit data and the active unit remained unchanged. - PDF field/widget values and appearance streams were checked: 693 independent fields per unit, with no old template answers. - The seven-page single-unit sample was visually reviewed using the PDF review workflow; readable embedded fonts are included. - Coordinator deployment verified against the tested app.js checksum. Release status - Staged privately in Admin. No crew devices assigned or updated automatically. - No tablet was connected for an in-place installation or hands-on device check. - Review the report for the particular job before submission. This implementation does not establish agency acceptance of supplemental pages or replace the auditor's review.

WX Mobile Forms grew out of my own hands-on experience working inside homes and seeing where the weatherization process could become frustrating, repetitive, or disorganized. I kept asking one question: how can I make this easier—not only for myself, but for everyone doing this work in the field?

The answer became one connected system for measurements, photos, documents, diagrams, data collection, and work orders. Information entered in one place can automatically populate the areas where it is needed, perform calculations, organize supporting records, and reduce the opportunities for human error.

The goal is not to replace professional judgment. It is to let the auditor concentrate on inspecting the home and double-checking the work instead of repeatedly copying the same information. You can walk into a home with no completed paperwork and walk out with an organized data collection sheet, an audit taking shape, and a work order ready for review.

This app was built by someone who understands the work because he has done the work.
