WX Mobile Forms is designed around local device storage, limited secure transfer, and administrator-controlled access. This policy explains the information handled by the website, mobile app, Intake Coordinator, and Admin services.

Information we handle

Enrollment and support may include a name, requested username, email address, phone number, device description, approval status, license dates, update activity, and service diagnostics. Authentication tokens are stored as cryptographic hashes rather than readable passwords or app codes.

Field records and backups

Core inspection records are created and stored on the authorized device. When an authorized workflow is used, assigned jobs, completed audit packages, photos, reports, or encrypted backups may be transferred to the approved coordinator or Admin destination. A transfer occurs only through the applicable workflow; installing the app does not automatically upload every field record.

How information is used

Information is used to review access requests, approve devices, enforce access periods, deliver private updates, route authorized work, restore approved backups, provide support, protect the service, and improve the product. WX Mobile Forms does not sell personal information.

Retention and control

Records are retained as needed for the authorized workflow, security, recovery, and business recordkeeping. The administrator controls device approval and may revoke access. Expiration makes protected work functions read-only; it does not automatically erase completed records.

Private releases and security

Installation and update links are time-limited and access-controlled. Encryption and integrity checks protect supported transfers, but no system can promise absolute security. Do not send customer-sensitive files through ordinary email unless support provides an approved method.
