WX Mobile Forms is designed around local device storage and administrator-controlled access.

What the secure internet service stores

It stores limited account and device information needed for enrollment, approval, licensing, update delivery, recovery requests, and service activity. Device authentication tokens are stored as cryptographic hashes.

What it does not store

The secure update service is not used as general cloud storage for audit records, client photos, reports, login PINs, or routine field entries.

Private installation links

Installation links are time-limited and single-use. Installing the app does not authorize field entry. Administrator approval is required.
