WX Mobile Forms grew from Walter Flores’s hands-on weatherization work and a practical question: how can field teams spend less time copying the same information and more time inspecting, documenting, and checking the work?

The platform connects mobile energy audits, work orders, LVI and QCI inspections, in-process documentation, photos, diagrams, reports, Intake Coordinator scheduling, invoice processing, controlled device access, and administrator-managed backups and releases.

Information entered once can flow to the places where it is needed, calculations can reduce repetitive work, and final review can identify missing documentation while preserving professional judgment. The software supports the trained professional; it does not replace required judgment, program rules, or verification.
